As I am often out of the office, it is best and typically fastest to have your questions answered directly through ebay. Again, DO NOT CALL THE STORE NUMBERS LISTED ON ATOMIC MUSIC'S WEBSITE!!

Ebay items may remain on the sales floor until a bid is placed or until someone utilizes the Buy It Now function (when available!!). Till then, it's up for grabs in the store and on eBay -- once a bid is placed, any "Buy It Now" option that may have been available disappears and the item itself is no longer available for purchase outside of eBay.

If you would like to drop by and have a look at any of my ebay items in person, they are available for you to view/inspect at my Beltsville, MD store (see map above), unless otherwise noted in the auction description.

Trades:

If you own an item that you are interested in trading towards one of my ebay items, please be aware that you must first win the auction and, secondly, be able to bring your item to my storefront so that a trade-in value can be established. Please make sure that you can pay for the item in total in case your trade item is not something I can currently use. And, of course, contact me before simply bringing in your trade-in.




Payments:

I accept PayPal from all bidders and prefer USPS Money Orders from US (continental, lower 48 states) residents. ** These are the only methods of payment I can accept if you are not able to pick up the item. **

I absolutely cannot accept personal or cashier's checks or money orders from any source other than the United States Postal Service. No exceptions. Contact me with any questions you may have with regard to these options. So as to avoid any confusion, please use eBay's checkout process after purchasing/winning this item or contact me directly so that I will know when to expect your payment.

  • Local Customers: If, after winning/purchasing this item, you would prefer to pay for and pick it up in the store, be aware that you will be required to pay Maryland Sales Tax (6%) instead of the shipping fees. I will be able to accept USPS Money Orders, pre-arranged PayPal payments, cash, and/or all major credit cards as payment, for your convenience.


    Packaging, Shipping, & Insurance:

    Items will ship via FedEx. FedEx will require a signature confirmation for all deliveries - please be aware of that! Make sure that your address/contact information is up to date with ebay and PayPal.

  • Shipping to Canada:

    ** Please do not ask for me to declare items as gifts or to lower the declared value, as this will not be done under any circumstances. All foreign Customs departments require that a commercial invoice accompany all of my shipped items and, so, I am not able to even entertain such a notion.

    I understand that there may be hefty taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. associated with your purchase - these are your responsibility, if you bid and win this item or purchase it via "Buy It Now". I am sorry if this seems unfair -- this is not intended to punish Canadian customers -- I simply will not risk fraud of any sort. Items will be labeled as "Used" and "Not for re-sale".

  • Should you have any questions about the quality of my packaging, make sure to review my feedback as I carefully and expertly pack each item.

  • Any flat-rate shipping estimate is based on a FedEx Ground rate for shipping to the West Coast. If you live closer to the East Coast, shipping may be cheaper -- I ask that the winning bidder pay actual shipping charges plus a nominal charge for my packaging supplies/time (usually between $5 and $30 USD, depending on the size and weight of the item). These flat-rate shipping costs are for continental USA shipping only -- shipping costs to your location may be drastically higher and you will be responsible for these increased costs.

    SHIPPING TIME FRAME:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be packaged and prepared for shipment upon my receipt of your full and complete payment. The Atomic Music storefront is open from 12-8 PM, EST, Mon-Fri and 12-6 PM, EST, on Saturdays (Closed Sundays and some holidays). I'm only able to package/ship your items Tuesdays and Fridays within those store hours -- and I'm just one guy maintaining all eBay-related activities... so please be patient when awaiting your item's arrival!! If I am delayed for any reason, I will do my best to contact you via ebay/email to let you know when to expect shipment. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!!

  • Typically, items are packed the afternoon following my receipt of your completed and full payment. They will often ship out the next business day -- but this is not guaranteed. I can only move so fast.

  • FedEx will automatically email shipment/tracking information to the email address registered with PayPal and/or ebay once the item is packaged and ready to ship. Please make sure that your PayPal email is up to date and active and monitor your inbox and junkmail boxes, as these emails are often misidentified as spam. If you do not receive an email from FedEx, please contact me and I will be happy to provide all shipping info.

    INSURING YOUR ITEM:

  • I test and inspect items thoroughly before making them available for auction/sale and then again before they are shipped out to our customers (hence the 5 business day wait before some items are shipped out). This can be a very time-consuming process and is done to ensure your ultimate satisfaction with our items and transactions!

  • In case of the unfortunate, should any issue arise between the time when the item has been listed and the time when it sells, I will contact the winner/high bidder with any information in regards to that and will work to secure your and all other Atomic Music customers' satisfaction!

  • Insurance: **Should you purchase/win this or any of my items, please pay the extra fee for insurance if it is not already included or required! No shipping company is perfect, so if you have any reservations about your item's safety during shipment, make sure to utilize that option.

  • I will not be held responsible any loss or damage to this item which may occur during shipment!!

  • For any issues that might occur during shipment, I will pursue FedEx on your behalf and compensate you accordingly with regard to how they respond and resolve the incident.



    WARRANTY, RETURNS, REPAIRS, & REFUNDS:

    ITEMS DESCRIBED TO BE IN "AS-IS" CONDITION ARE NOT GUARANTEED IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. THERE IS NO WARRANTY PROVIDED AND NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PURCHASE! If you place a bid on or buy an AS-IS item, I can only assume that you are aware of this beforehand!

    FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS:

    I endeavor to describe these items as accurately as possible, but I am human, after all, and am thoroughly capable of forgetting, overlooking, and making other general mistakes. Errors on my part are in no way an attempt to mislead you, the customer, and are certainly never intentional. If, after you have received your item, it is in a condition other than what is described in its listing, please contact me before paying for the item to be repaired/adjusted/fixed/etc. -- if you receive an item obviously damaged by shipment, please contact me within 24 hrs of having received the item! I offer returns first and foremost.

    If you pay to get the item repaired before consulting me first, I can only assume that you accept that you are responsible for those costs and do not hold me accountable for the problem(s) at hand.


    RETURN POLICY:

    My eBay items (not including AS IS items!) are guaranteed to be in the condition as stated in the listing's description. Upon reception of the item, you will have 14 days to ensure that its condition/functionality is as described in my listing.


  • I cannot offer a "buyer's remorse" policy for this or any other item (meaning you cannot return it simply because you do not like it).

  • Refunds and return shipping reimbursement are only available to bidders in the contiguous (lower 48 states) USA.

  • All other bidders/buyers: I will refund your PayPal payment once I've received and inspected/verified the returned item. Taxes, duties, tariffs, etc. and the expense of return shipping from outside the continental USA are quite expensive and, as such, I will not be able to reimburse you for those costs.

  • To clarify: I offer the same warranty (14 days) and return policy to Alaskan, Hawaiian and Canadian Bidders as I do to Continental US bidders with one very important exception: I cannot refund the costs of your return shipping and any/all duty/tax/tariff expenses, as they can be exceptionally high. Should an item need to be returned, you will be refunded the full end-of-listing cost for the item as soon as possible, after I receive the item back from you and test/verify it.

    Accidents can happen during the shipment of your item. No matter where any fault may lie, if you experience an issue with regard to the condition of your item or notice a discrepancy between the condition of your item and the description in this listing, I will work to ensure that you are ultimately satisfied with your purchase and happy with my service. If you feel that your only recourse is to return the item, please contact me before doing so to discuss those arrangements.

    If you wish to bid on or purchase an Atomic Music ebay item, please contact a friend/relative living in the USA or Canada to bid/buy on your behalf. Ultimately, the bidder/buyer must be registered in either the USA or Canada -- NO EXCEPTIONS! I no longer ship to any address outside of the USA and Canada.
